I recently stayed at Cinnamon Bentota Beach, and while the setting was beautiful and the staff friendly, I was disappointed by several aspects. My room was large, but it felt outdated and a bit damp, especially in the bathroom. I had a lovely three-night stay at Cinnamon Bentota Beach, enjoying the great atmosphere and fantastic service. The beachfront location is perfect for relaxing, although I found some of the dining options a bit hit or miss. Overall, it's a nice hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms and friendly staff that made me feel welcome throughout my stay.
